The new Cheese Bubble Pop-Up is open daily throughout the winter from 6.30 p.m. to 10 p.m., except on Sundays. Reservations are recommended. The Cheese Bubble can also be used for special events on a smaller scale.
We have set up a new pop-up restaurant for you on the outdoor terraces. Be inside, feel outside. In order to satisfy the guests’ desire for typical Alpine cheese specialities, the InterContinental Davos has set up a new outdoor restaurant. The guests can enjoy an evening under the Davos night sky with the feeling of being outside in the starry winter night and still feeling comfortably warm.
The Cheese Bubble Pop-Up offers genuine Bündner cheese specialities, ranging from local cheese variations for fondue and raclette to various meat dishes for a classic fondue chinoise. Selected side dishes and alpine-stamped spices are also served. Chef Konstantin Möhring’s pop-up is based on mountain potatoes from the Albula valley and exclusively selected varieties, which are currently only offered in Davos in the InterContinental Davos.
